“I really enjoy supporting our Operations Teams, especially with some of the more challenging aspects that we have recently encountered. I am driven by ‘ahh’ moments. The ones you have during team collaboration meetings or discussions when an ideal solution is found for a complex hazard. I like getting out to site with the technicians, observing how they go about their daily tasks and seeing how each project brings its own unique challenges. I also really enjoy working through educational and communication programs to assist our teams in having a better understanding of what a safe work looks like.”

Teana has a Bachelor in Multimedia, Certificate in OHS & in Training and Assessment, is a Return-to-Work Coordinator and Fire Safety Organiser. She is also currently studying for a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety. She describes herself as “honest, empathetic and dedicated”, qualities which are clearly shown through her drive and passion to support the teams at NCS and in her dedication to further education.

“I love spending time with friends & family as much as possible. Having grown up by the beach, I love getting down the coast as much as possible. I also love camping with the family & getting away from the rat race!”
