With over 20 years’ experience in the concrete industry, my role as a Construction Site Supervisor for NCS Australia has enabled me to expand my knowledge in concrete rehabilitation, develop my skills in project management and enhanced my leadership qualities.

NCS has provided me with the opportunity to work on a broad range of civil and commercial projects within some challenging environments across Australia, nurturing connections with people, communities, and places I would not have otherwise explored. My journey to date has supported me to lead a team of talented technicians, build connections with stakeholders and lean on my colleague’s, ensuring delivery of successful projects for our clients.

What I aim to contribute to NCS is confidence in bringing ideas to the table, supporting others to grow and develop, and provide direction when needed. One strength I have leant on that has served me well, is the skill of listening first and seeking to understand.
