NCS were engaged to remediate three basement levels of a University carpark showing signs of water ingress. NCS were required to complete ‘noise works’ at designated times as to not disrupt the University students during class times. Works included, surface preparation, concrete reinstatement using a high-build repair mortar and a coating system to further protect and enhance the durability and service life of the repairs. During contract review and statement of departures discussions between the client and NCS, comment was made that the client appreciated how thorough NCS had been and it had been a pleasure to work with a company showing such due diligence.
