Jamie Fenton
Jamie Fenton - Quality Assurance and Training Manager

Having been with the NCS for over 6 years and in the Construction and Building Industry for in excess of 20, Jamie oversees all quality of application and training of staff in accordance with Australian Standards and Product Specifications.


Craig McPhillips
Craig McPhillips – National Estimator

Proven performance in driving Project Management in our Queensland operations, Craig champions in managing a safety conscious culture that provides high quality workmanship in order to meet project delivery from inception to completion. With over 18 years’ of Industry experience, Craig continues to build Industry relationships and knowledge.


Rob Godson
Rob Godson - Managing Director

Rob has been a successful business owner for the past 39 years, growing up in a large and very close farming family created the resilience and fortitude that has enabled Rob to understand the fundamentals of recruiting strong and trustworthy people to work with and to help them develop their abilities to optimum potential.

Rob further believes that success comes from  long term planning and a fierce adherence to the disciplines required to create lasting and sustainable business growth

Lynn Butler - General Manager

With over twenty years of Business Management experience and a solid back ground in Finance Management and a Masters in HRM, Lynn is well situated in identifying business gaps and aligning new Strategic Direction that assists in driving change and achieving business growth. Her strengths include the ability to consult and collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement short / long term plans, and drive change initiatives that result in operational improvements.
