About the Role:

We are seeking applicants from a contracting background in the Building and Construction Industry with proven ability to manage construction operations, and lead teams and deliver outcomes, in line with the organisation's Business Goals and Objectives.

As  Operations Manager, based in Melbourne  you will motivate your team and drive them to success, through your leadership ability and continuous encouragement.  Specialising in Operations and Project Management,  you will manage projects from conception to completion with your team, managing budgeted costs and ensuring quality of works and productivity is achieved.

Having a natural relationship building character and strong business acumen, you will have a proven background in providing solutions in concrete repair systems to the Construction Industry, Architects, Engineers and alike.

This position will provide a pivotal step for a proven performer that is looking to step up to that next career challenge.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position you will require the following

  • Proven ability in a similar position with a minimum of three years' experience
  • An understanding of concrete repair systems
  • Ability to build new and develop existing relationships
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to identify and penetrate specific markets
  • Preparation of proposals / and estimation skills

To be considered for this position you will possess a strong analytical ability in the management of staff to effectively lead a team to deliver desired outcomes. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills that show clear and consistent direction that promotes a strong team environment.
